there are always other hikers/bikers and everyone is friendly and willing to help out if you run into any problems. It's also a great place for begginers and when your ready to step it up a little you can always test your self on the side obstacles it offers...

long fireroad climb to the top, there are steep downhills on the top, but you can bail out on the fireroad.
The single track is not for the faint of heart. steep in places with lose sand and squared off rocks and can be very narrow with a steep drop off the side of the trail.
I didn't like the uber steep where I had to push the bike up! but I enjoyed the single track a lot.
