Anyone doing the Palm Canyon epic Sunday, February 7? Any interest? Figure conditions should be better Sunday rather than Saturday.

It wasn't scheduled. I was just checking to see if anyone was doing it or interested. Supposed to be nice tomorrow, and with some rain there might make for nice trail conditions after it dries a little.

Do you take the tram up, and ride down? I'm assuming you're talking about Palm Springs... I'd be way into doing that!!

No, you don't take the tram. You drive to the top.

P.S. You can't ride anywhere that the tram takes you.

Damn, to the top of that mountain where the tram goes? Then you need to go get car later? No wonder it's epic!?

I didn't get my new bike yet so I'll wait...

No, you don't go anywhere near the Tram. You go up the 74 Hwy from Palm Springs to Pinyon Flats and start from there. Look at the map.

My advice: On your first trip, go with somebody who knows the trail.
