Well - here is what ya missed!

I'm glad you guys had such a great time, but i'm bummed,
I crashed the week that i joined, i think in June, probably ripped connective tissue between and under the ribs. that took forever to heal, I also aggravated my back injury from a year ago (fractured back and neck at Chesebro.) these things heal very slowly when you get old. I probably wont' ride this year, but i'm truely missing the trails. i get your emails all the time! The videos are killing me! I will be getting some body armor before I touch the mt. bike again.
