Mt. Pinos was off the hook for beginners and advanced riders alike. Typically people got 4 to 6 runs in per day or about 28 - 42 miles of sweet single track riding! We had some real challenges too but in true www.MTBOutdoors.com fashion ya all stepped up and made the weekend a resounding success. If you left before the big campfire - you missed out - on some delicious food and great conversation. Back in the office, we are just catching up with the events calendar. Wednesday (today), though Sunday we have something for ya. Come on out and ride! Wednesday Brown Mountain (bring your lights) - 6PM Thursday Chesebro (bring your lights) - 6PM Friday Early Morning Uncle Sullivan - 6AM Saturday TBD Sunday Mt Wilson Ride (shuttle or not the ride is happening) - 12Noon Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Inspired by this weekend's turnout, we are in the process of putting together a multi-day, multi-pitch mountain bike adventure! How about starting in Kernville with the Cannell Plunge, then rolling to Mammoth Mountain MTB Park, then North Star @ Tahoe, and culminating with the granddaddy of them all Downieville! Let us know if this sounds good to ya - click here. |
