Any of you have road bikes? Fixies, Hybreds and mt. bikes are welcomed. Join me on my 20 mile recovery rides after surgery, mostly flat asphalt, a short hill. The route is south along Zoo Dr. to Los Feliz Blvd, loop back past the zoo to Riversided Dr. past Forrest Lawn, to Barham and back. Then past the golf course then up and over a short hill and return. We will break and decide if we want to do another loop. We will take breaks along the way, for water and pit stops.

This will be perfect for the beginner, beginners to strengthen their legs for single track mt. bike rides and great for all riders wanting a recovery ride from hammering the local trails.

I ride at 14 to 18 mph, and will pause from time to time to regather the group. No one is left behind!

We will start at the North LA Zoo parking lot. at 7:30 or until all that have signed up arrive. , unless they have moved it for contruction. Look for my 2004 Toyota Matrix SRX Gun Metal Grey. I will be riding my Willier, Izroad, Red/White and Black Carbon. Black helmet and Red, White and Blue Summit Cycles Jersey.

We obey all traffic rules. stop and posted signs.
We will maintain a pace line and use hand and oral signals.
