Changed the Date to August 14-15 Sat-Sun.
Mountain bike and Boating (rent a boat) up at Big Bear Lake. Let's do some mountain biking at Snow Summit or on any of the other great forested trails up there...and 1/2 day of boating.

If you do want to go, it's best to reserve motel or cabin way in advance. You can always cancel later...I booked at the Frontier Motel, which has it's own private beach with deck and BBQ. Bring food and BBQ Saturday night on the beach...
Frontier also has cabins...lots of other places to stay there as well. I've listed a two below, plus phone numbers for the boat rentals.
