We will try the 6PM start time.
Zion has come up in conversations tonight. Bring some lights just in case. You don't have to do Zion as you can stay on the normal loop and head back to the bridge and parking lot.
We will be starting at the Chantry Flats parking lot. Take Santa Anita Dr. north from the 210 Fwy all the way to the end at the upper parking lot. From there we will take the single track that connects to the Wintercreek trail down into Santa Anita Canyon and back out to Chantry Flats. The loop is approximately 6 miles mostly single track. The trail is fairly technical and best done on a full suspension bike. There are 3 miles of climbing so I wouldn't suggest a big heavy bike. This ride will be entirely in the shade. We should easily be able to finish this ride in under 2 hours.
